We will cheerfuly refund all items we sell, provided that the items are returned in the original packaging and in original/new condition.  We must insist, however, that the products are returned within 10 days of receipt.  The reason for this is that pashmina products are extremely delicate and vulnerable to the environment.  If the item is returned after ten days to one month of purchase, there will be a 20% restocking fee imposed, provided that the item is in original packaging in original/new condition.  In addition, the shipping/handling charges are not refundable as these services are provided by a shipper and are immediately applied at the time of shipment.  We do not provide return labels, however, we suggest that all returns are insured.  Please mail to: 35, Lynwood Dr, valley Stream, NY-11580.  If you have any questions, please call (800)-944-2658.or 516-7656996

Exchange Policy: We can happily exchange the item as you ship it back to us within 2 weeks with reason to exchange provided that item is in original packing/new condition.  For an exchange you have to pay the courier charges for both the sides. As soon as we receive the item we will exchange it with new one.
