 Scratchy & No Refund YetFeb 08, 2008
I bought two of these pashminas that were described as soft and luxurious. They weren't. Instead they were scratchy and un-wearable. I returned them three days after I received them, and still I have not been credited my refund. Buyer beware.

It itches - that means wool..Jan 25, 2008
The title of this item says Cashmere, well Cashmere doesn't itch me, WOOL does me. The tag said pashmina and silk... nope, it's WOOL, PLUS my white "Thomas Pink" shirt was left covered in alot of lint (I bought the black scarf). So picture "itch land" and "lent land" because that was the land I was in wearing this shawl!!! I will be returning this item ASAP...

This was a terrible shopping experience but not totally the fault of the seller,who was very, very helpful. I ordered the pashmina and paid as much to have it shipped quickly (by Dec. 21) as the article cost but that was ok since I waited until the last minute. HOWEVER, the delivery service (DHL)did not get the original order to me until January 5th because someone there couldn't read or write an address correctly! It took several messages to the seller for us to get things straightened out, but my postage was refunded and another pashmina was shipped although not in time for Christmas.
As it turned out, the pashmina was not what I really wanted but rather than send it back and go through another experience, I am keeping it to use as a gift. Again, the seller did everything possible to be helpful in the situation. DHL is obviously a terrible service and I certainly wouldn't use them.

I have ordered several of your shawls now and I continue to be extremely impressed! Not only do they arrive quickly, but they are always high quality and make fantastic gifts. You've made me look pretty good to all my friends and family who have received these lovely shawls.

it's a nice scarf. it had a weird smell that is tough to get rid of. it's a little scratchy too. the color is pretty, size is good and i get compliments on it.
